At Scrubology our goal is to offer you an ideal shipping option, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the UK, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of service at all times. All of our orders are dispatched from our distribution center in the UK. 

Our last dispatch time on weekdays is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Excluding bank holidays. During busy periods, we may not be able to dispatch all orders within the same day, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours.

Pre-orders are subject to estimated delivery timeframes, which may occasionally change due to supplier or shipping delays. If your pre-order has gone past the estimated delivery date and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@scrubology.co.uk. All customer emails are responded to within 48 hours.

Standard 48 hours delivery fully tracked by Royal Mail 

Next day delivery fully tracked by Royal Mail
